lets say the boat is 30 in long 30 x .28 = 8.4 in from the rear of sponson or 30 x .30 =9 in from rear of sponson
take a small dowel rod lay it under sponsons an roll it back an forth to find balance point

had to go with Thumbs i was racing one last winter on carpet foam tires in brake out
took the season champ

that sucks
