Re: Jrx2 Proformance kit proto car from 1989 ROAR nats repli
Now something about what I will do in next few years: Jacks car on C P cover.jpg This is actually not THE car Jack used, it does have the wrong kind of bumper. Otherwise it seems to be very very close: red wheels, aluminium wheel nuts, aluminium shock top mounting nuts, foam rings in upper arms etc....

Re: Jrx2 Proformance kit proto car from 1989 ROAR nats repli
There is also really good setup info available:
There is some conflicts in setups between those two, but I will somehow trust more the "Tech Sheet 2" info.

Re: Old is New JrxPro SE
LOL @ jwscab You guys are correct, the wheels are B4 wheels. I figured it would be best to make these work since i have a B4 and an RC10 running B4 wheels. No need to have multiple wheels lying around. The body has been painted and i still need to do a bit of work to get this one ready. All the part...

Re: Old is New JrxPro SE
That's a sweet build - the xcellerator bod fits awesome on that tub!!! I think what's missing (barring the front bulkhead screws as pointed out already  ) is hop-up turnbuckles... the stock Losi ones from bitd aren't on my favourites list, really, but then again to each his own :) This thin...

So, had a blast running my CE at an indoor clay track, but had some handling issues that I feel were completely set up related. Current set up: Front: Proline CE front wheels with Proline Scrubs, MC compound, standard sized front foam (quite stiff with the narrow wheels) Camber link in standard CE p...

Craigslist score! Late Black Stealth RC10CE
So, with my re-ignited passion for RC10s, I have been keeping track of Craigslist. I just missed out on an early Edinger... But, I did have a good pickup recently on a truly UNUSED Late Black Stealth RC10CE. This thing should be in a museum! I was up until 2am rebuilding it Check out the pics! http:...

Re: Team Losi JRX-2 25th Anniversary
One of the selling points I remember about the X2 was exactly that, it was fully race ready. Came stock with adjustable ball diff, full bearings, was ultra lightweight, and the 5-link handling on bumpy dirt was pretty phenomenal for it's time. There was no bushing model or lower level X2 available, ...
