Re: PB buggies. Post your pics.
I used to run an 1/8th PB Mustang Xi2 back in 1986. If you are interested in these older larger IC cars I can dig out the photo album and post back

Re: ** Build of the Month Contest - March 2021 ** - Winner - dinglem
1986 'Supercharge Hotshot' produced by Supercharge Models near Romsey, and raced by shop owner and Romsey circuit Race Director Bill Jones. Probably the most successful modified Hotshot format, certainly internationally as he qualified second in the A Final at the 1986 European Championships with on...

Another MMS 4wd Concept Car, and an MMS 2wd
OK, so I got lucky again. Around a week ago a member of one of the Fb groups I frequent pointed me towards an eBay auction which he suspected might be of interest to me..... it was! The sale detailed an MMS-machined RC10 which, if you have read my thread on 'The Concept Car 4wd' you will recognise t...

Re: MRC MRX
P.S - How do you order photos on here like to get more up in the order i'd like  Type whatever you want to say, then hit enter to go to the next line. Upload the photo that you want (3mb limit). Once the photo has uploaded, hit "place inline". Then hit enter (I do it twice) to go...

Re: MRC MRX
Always liked the look of these myself too. It almost felt like the pre-cursor to the Optima Mid being released, and once it did the MRC was hugely overshadowed and faded from memory. That was a shame I think as this car initially showed masses of potential. I remember it actually being confused for ...

Re: MRC MRX
Nice to see some french stuff here :D :D Cheers its a great looking car, however needs the body fitting correctly in my opinion as per these pics from the 1988 mag article check out how they set the body further back to give it a lower meaner look and don't use the front body mount I think it's bec...

Re: PB buggies. Post your pics.
Thought it was time to reignite this thread and throw up a couple of pictures of my PB Ace. As I've posted elsewhere I'd love to recreate the mid motor PB Ace at some point, very little information to go off other than the one pic in an early magazine which showed the prototype car with the mid mot...

Re: PB ECO - Reliving my yuff.
The tires in the picture are Hotshot pin spikes and you can still get them new , if not then for the shelf you can pack them with foam inside to restore the shape .

Re: PB ECO - Reliving my yuff.
As has been mentioned above... use a modern sponge insert to reduce or remove the flat spot.... unless it is for the shelf, in which case, it is only flat on the bottom!!! The Dynamite tyres were overlooked in the UK a little i think, which is surprising really considering how generally 'spiked' the...

Re: PB ACE Shell Resto - Help
I'm thinking, paint it red, with tape stripes on the outside...... that red fogging seems pretty bad. Could mix it up somewhat, with translucent red backed with something interesting.... but it doesn't look like much chance of being able to paint light colours on the inside. Interested to see where ...
