Too much play. The zip ties lock it up so make sure you have a decent servo or run a servo saver on it. Some people used orings and that worked well to stiffen it without locking it up
Do all original C stamps lack the counter sinking on the 6 gear holes? No, as I said most lack it but not all. By a different alloy does that mean the A&B were 6061 and the C milled were 7075. A, B, and plain C were 6061. Worlds milled C stamp were 2024. Were the nose plates also made different...
Given perfect conditions and having the day off (which i do), which RC car would i take out for the most fun? Hmmm...Although im a nitro guy and most of my collections is associated...i would have to go with my little custom Axial SCX10 bucking Bronco. It has a custom short wheelbase STRC chassis wh...

The value for vintage anything that's good quality will only go up, this should be no surprise to anyone. It doesn't matter whether it's RC, musical instruments, car parts, etc...if it's quality and it's old, the value always goes up. I've always said one caveat to this, however: vintage crap is sti...
Also rarity as well. Just because something is rare, doesn't always make it worth a lot. Sometimes it has the opposite effect. The item is rare for a reason. I'm pessimistic when it comes to the future value of R/C. Unlike mainstream hobbies and collectibles, I feel R/C in general has become a niche...
