Re: ** Build of the Month Contest - January 2025 ** - Winner - coxbros1
Kedal's paint schemes are my favourites. This month's entry is no exception. The $30 per run thread is priceless exciting entertainment. Good to know that you get 20 minutes enjoyment for this value, not only 1,xx seconds. I feel it's comparable to Scotch drinking  But have I mentioned yet that...

Re: Picture of the day. (Taken by you)
We had about .5 inches of ice and snow last Sunday. Put about 60K people without power. Ours just came back yesterday. Just snow today. At least it's pretty to look at out the kitchen window.

Re: Picture of the day. (Taken by you)
It's unfortunately bad for many in the northern part of LA where as the majority of the rest of the city is kinda in the clear for now. I'm about 7 miles from the nearest fire to me. Not gonna lie it was/still is scary as sh*t! Here was my view wednesday at 7am in the morning as I was on my way out ...

Re: Homebrew ESC Information
Hey Guys, A few years ago, there was an article in the forums here about how early ESC's were made with some components of a servo. I believe it was Tamiyadan that did the original thread? Anyway I have a project in front of me that I would like to build a "replica" of one of those early ...

Re: Hirobo 44Bs and Zerda :)
Rather than calling this an underguard, I should call this a rigidifier. 3mm Kydex sheet, laser cut. I made a projection of the front on the plan, and added 1mm in length at the front extended all holes by 1mm to the front, to take provision for the bent. To bent it : - a piece of wood on the rear/l...

Re: TAG Navajo (Pro)
Polished the rear suspension arm pivot balls and made carbon fibre reinforcing plates for the arms. Machined double wheel bearing adaptors for the rear. Each housing is 10mm wide, so they fit two 5x10x4mm bearings. I'm using Kyosho OT-18 stub axles instead of the stock items. 1.jpg This is so I can ...
