The print is over...
The result is really encouraging, and this means we may have another solution than Resin to print tires, because at the end it feels like the rubber of a tire...

The many added benefits of having a printer are slowly become apparent. For instance, the aluminum motor plate and mounting blocks require many precisely located screw holes so I quickly printed drill templates for these parts. transmission.jpg I simply glued the templates to the blanks and drilled ...

Re: So what did you get in the post today ???
Also found the O.G.
I knew I wouldn't have gotten rid of it, but I haven't seen it in years. Pretty stoked! My original 6 gear. I probably spent 40 hours going thru it in every detail. Still smooth af! Rings are gone. No telling what I may have been up to last time I was doing anything with it.

We even have a guy that really likes Schumacher but we try not to judge. To the purists, the wrong screws can be a breaking point. I'm the kind of g...

Re: So what did you get in the post today ???
I got one of these. I bought 2 from the same vendor, so naturally one shipped from CA and the other from NC to arrive on different days. They will go to the local {whatever we call an orphanage now that we aren't supposed to use the word "orphanage"}. It looks to be rather well made....
