Re: Does this ring a bell?

Hi, On the flat chassis' they switched the caster blocks, left on the right and right on the left. I tried to find the Big Boys Toys Sprint car conversion manual but no luck so far, it has what degree caster blocks you need and how to do the trimming. It doesn't look like it here, but a company call...

Re: My new ride

Hi,

Could be too much droop in the rear shocks?

Like RC10Resto said, the drive shafts look like the original Team Associated universal joints.

Cheers, Dave. :)

Hi Guys, I have been building this project on and off since 2014, where does the time go? Anyway, I just fitted the wheels and spinners over the last 2 days, I hope you like it! A link to the build, you can really see how it has evolved over time. https://www.rc10talk.com/viewtopic.php?f=35&t=36...

Re: RC10T Lipo in Factory Tray?

I just checked, my RC10T is a new chassis and I seem to remember they moved the battery tray holes forward. I have a, A stamp and the battery tray would need the front cut out of it, to fit that battery I suggested. Looks like I have only one unmodified chassis, duh! :? The best bet would be to cut ...

Re: RC10T Lipo in Factory Tray?

I use, Turnigy 4000 mAh, 2s 30C, hard case. They fit straight into a unmodified RC10T. https://hobbyking.com/en_us/turnigy-4000mah-2s-30c-hardcase-pack-roar-approved.html?wrh_pdp=2 They are approximately, 5 1/4" x 1 3/4" x 7/8" or 132mm x 49mm x 21mm Before I ordered mine, I cut a pie...

Re: Help with Big Boy Toys sprint conversion

Looking at the instruction sheet for the Desperado, it looks to show a single bar and a dual bar rear bumper, maybe the twin bar was available at the same time as an option, but not in the kit? Thank you for the compliment for mine, I am really, really happy to have it! I would think there are less t...
