Re: So what did you get in the post today ???
Finally got a few new parts, I don't even need them but are nice to have. I'm now starting to collect parts for the heck of it.

Re: Shock problems ????
I just finished a test run in the house with mine and the dog bones are no where close to coming out of the out drives. I would still tear them down and add the spacers as it couldn't hurt to be safe. I won't be leaving it per the manual as it will not be a box art shelfer. Also it doesn't sit righ...

Re: First timer RC10T Runner Build
Have you run it yet? I ordered a crap load of parts for mine and can't wait to put it together. Not yet still waiting on my shorty packs to arrive. It's all ready to just got the body back from my painter and wheels are glued up and mounted. I'm dying to take it for a spin. I'll get some pics of it...

Re: Intriguing ad in RC Car Action - RC10 re-release?
I'm not surprised it already gone. From the beginning they said it was going to be a Limitted Edition and I remember hearing 1000-1500 units. Also worldwide not just the US. I usually buy from my local track or hobby shop, but I'm glad I ordered mine because I was curious and called a few local shop...

Re: jconcepts detonator for rc10
I agree. I would like to see a vintage class get started as well at my local track in Huntington Beach. I am updating my 10T to run in the 17.5 class, but would like to run my re-re with other cars of that era.

Re: jconcepts detonator for rc10
Damn these are the times when I wish I lived in Florida. JConcepts is just so involved in local racing with being part of so many racing series. It so freakin cool.

Re: Discontinued already?
That would be cool. I'm still wondering what the model #6001-1 is after seeing the box they ship in from the factory. I wouldn't mind seeing an RC10T. I'd bring mine back to stock and run the new one, but that wishful thinking.

Re: jconcepts detonator for rc10
Just an observation I made while watching some YouTube. If you watch any of the YouTube videos from the JConcepts Garage channel you can see a few classic RC's as well as boxes on display. On the left side of the shop you can see an RC10 Champ edition at the top then a black tub that looks like a B2...

Re: jconcepts detonator for rc10
should jconcepts, or anyone else, not make a body because associated already does? Exactly. It's choice that you would have and will most likely be able to find at your LHS. I welcome anything they bring to market as my re-re is currently a shelfer but will become a runner once hop-ups come to mark...

Re: So what did you get in the post today ???
Almost forgot these, I didn't get them in the post but found them as I went through my attic. Battery labels are really rough but the cells are in good shape. the red Orions and the ones in the case are in great shape. The Novak T4 needs a new on/off switch.

Re: So what did you get in the post today ???
Got this one about 2 weeks ago now. Came from Tower and it was packaged very well as the box is in pretty good shape. Also finally got my graphite parts for my 10T runner project in last week.

Re: Intriguing ad in RC Car Action - RC10 re-release?
With all this talk about imperfections and countersinking I have to ask 1 question. I'm not very knowledgeable when it come to countersink bits. What would be the right size bit to use to be able to countersink the whole chassis? Any 100 degree countersink or would it be 2 different ones?
