Thanks everyone for all the feedback and recommendations. I've since decided to cleanup the car and keep it for myself. I've already ordered new front and rear shock towers and a set of nose brace tubes. I'm also planning on sanding down the chassis bottom and then for $15 I'm able to get it powder ...

Putting money into replacing parts on the car in order to sell it would likely be a losing proposition... If you plan to start racing competitively, sell this car as it is and buy a newer model.
