Re: 10T Chassis

I'd rather start out with a non damaged chassis than one that is already tweaked.

I'm interested to see if your electronics are going to stay put with the Plasti Dip.

Re: 10T Chassis

I'm going to get another chassis. This one is going to be raced so I want to be sure the chassis is right otherwise the suspension geometry will be off and cause funky handling.

10T Chassis

I'm starting to clean/assemble my Ebay 10T and noticed that the rear of the chassis seems to be bent a little. Should the whole chassis be flat or is there a little bit of angle to the rear portion of the chassis? I'm going to be seriously pissed off if this chassis is a write off.

Re: Discontinued already?

I was at my local shop last night and was told they were getting their shipment next week. So it is very possible that A-Main has not received their shipment yet.

EDIT: My shop got 10 of them today. 1 is spoken for.

Have you run it yet? I ordered a crap load of parts for mine and can't wait to put it together.

Re: Vintage racing

$80 will get you a Hobbywing EZRun 35a esc and 13T motor. $100 will get you a Speedpassion ESC/17.5 combo. $120 will get you the Novak ESC/17.5 combo.

$50 will get you a used Novak ESC and a Reedy Radon 17T motor.

Put a Lohas front bumper on it and then you won't see it.

Re: Vintage racing

I know at my track, Joey and I are the only ones who bought cars and while we both plan to run ours, they will get thrown in with the regular buggy class. Mine is pretty stock, so I don't expect it to do great, but it will still be fun to run it.

RC Carbon Works already makes these, why would that be a big deal?

If you want reverse, you want a Novak 610-HRV. They're on Ebay often for less than $50.

Re: Pretty lousy quality for $250.00

I agree, the fit and finish is now what I expected either. These days, having to file and ream parts to get them to fit right is just unacceptable. I'm sure it's great for all you nostalgic buffs, but it sure did bug me. The last kit I built was a Tamiya TRF201 and it was the best build I have compl...

10T Gearing for brushed motors

I am looking for a brushed motor gearing chart for my new truck. Couldn't find it in the PDF's AE has on their website for the 10T. Usually they have one in the instruction manual but couldn't find it.
