OK been collecting parts and almost there Got my friend to give me his Yokomo for parts it hammered but some parts are usable. So I it will make it easier to make parts for the conversion. In the pics posted it appears to have a pinion running on the spur (making the spur into a idler for the sake of front drive only) and a jack shaft running to another pinion on the left side. At this point i see that pinion spinning the same speed as the motor pinion as there (likely) has been no r...
