This, along with 3D printers, are very cool options for small businesses that could benefit from in-house rapid prototyping.

Re: Pro X help needed
SST-19 appears to be a hardened version of SST-6.
Maybe the SST-6 was included in the Pro-X kit, and the SST-19 was included in the Pro-XRT kit to deal with the higher loads of the truck drivetrain (while also being available as 'Team Upgrade' for the pro-x)...? Just speculation...

Re: My first attempt with an air brush
I just used an inexpensive $30 dollar Central Pneumatic airbrush. I didn't want to invest in an expensive brush and compressor until I figured out what I was doing. It's perfect for basic solid-color paint schemes.

Re: My first attempt with an air brush
It will scratch if you try hard enough. I backed mine with a single coat of black poly lacquer to seal it. If you're interested, there are several posts on this forum that outline the general process and provide great tips! Sorry for the bad pictures. I'll get some better pictures in the future and ...

My first attempt with an air brush
I thought I'd start with something easy for my first attempt with an air brush. The Dyna Storm was perfect for the job! I used liquid mask and Faskolor water based paint. The air brush was used for the liquid mask. It took about four good coats to build up enough to allow for a good score and peel. ...

Re: Sell, Build, or Keep
If you're a collector, keep it sealed and store it away somewhere. If you prefer displaying built models on a shelf, sell it and use the money to buy two good used models of your choice, clean 'em up, then add them to the shelf collection. If you prefer runners, sell it and use the money to buy thre...

Added a JRX Pro SE to the collection. This one will get attention down the road.

Re: JRX Pro SE Refurb
Oh, and my second Losi purchase after 23 years!   This one is in pretty good shape and should clean up nicely. The bottom of the chassis is only lightly scuffed in a couple places and it appears to only need a new front bumper and possibly a new rear motor mount to bring it up to par...

Re: Dyna Storm Sleeved Damper Seals
Pulled one of mine apart after getting home tonight. I measured the lower sleeved damper seals and they appear to be standard 6mm x 3mm (same as TRF damper and Team Associated gold and Team shocks... along with many others).
Upper cap seals are 10x14x2 (id x od x h).
