Re: B3 zombie almost complete
Another fine example...Are those the JC Racing rims ???? Yes, they are JC Racing but those are for the 1/4 axle RC10, they sent me the wrong wheels by mistake and are sending me the correct ones. The star pattern will be different according to JC Racing. I opened up the holes a little to make them ...

Re: Need help! Window masking
Finally got her painted, The Thunder tiger stickers did come with window masks. I use the masks for the side windows and used the window sticker for the front, for some reason the front window mask was cut funny. A note the front window sticker came apart as I removed it after painting and did not c...

I installed the new motor and speed control, just waiting for the new radio, lipo and charger to come in next week. I will be updating it with a B4 slipper in the near future too. Thanks to Flipwils11 for the list of parts to convert it. I call it the zombie due to its zombie green color. ...

Whoohoo! just scored an unused RC10 CE
I was a bit bummed because I missed a buy-it-now on an RC10 because I was asking the seller questions, well good things come to those who wait! I just scored an RC10 CE with stealth trans that has been put together and never used. I will post pics when it arrives. I have to say thank you to those wh...

Re: Gearing help RC10B3
Awesome, I installed the new motor and speed control last night, got the body painted over the weekend and should have the radio, battery and charger early next week. Re: Gearing help RC10B3
Cool , thanks for the heads up. Road raging is what I will be doing  . I have a set of Traxxas anaconda tires waiting for the JC racing wheels and also have 2 sets of different proline onroad tires and wheels for it. Dont have any offroad tires though, I think the original unused wheels and...

Re: B3 rebuild into purple racer
That looks wicked. One question, is that an RPM B4 gear cover? If so does it fit without modification?

Re: Gearing help RC10B3
Another way to control the power is to dial down the throttle using a modern programmable radio. My brother does this for his B4 with his Fly-sky, it works well for him. I think just dialing down the punch and letting the clutch slip a little will work fine for you. Cool the Fly-sky 2.4 3 channel r...

Re: Gearing help RC10B3
Any chance to play yet? I tossed the v1/4600 in the b3 and had a blast  I pinioned up 1 tooth to 81/19 no problem at all. Definitely could push it more. I haven't messed much with punch or advancing the timing, still at no timing advance and punch at the lowest setting  Trying...

Re: Gearing help RC10B3
OK gotcha. What wheels and what color did they send you? If they're for Asso 1/4 axels and you don't plan to send them back, maybe someone here might want them  They sent me the 5 star black wheels for the 1/4 axle. Too late though I opened up the holes to accept the 3/16 axles :D . Think the...

Here is my build, that has taken a pause, but take a look at the bill of materials. It will save you a ton of time when trying to search the forum to see what is needed to bring an old 10 up to speed. http://www.rc10talk.com/viewtopic.php?f=35&t=27470 Best, Showcase Cool, thanks for the info. R...

Re: Help! Need advice, been bitten by the classic RC10 bug!
Thanks for the advice, I think the CE is the way to go, I think if I went for the 10t I would have to replace too many parts. The hunt begins :D Hey im down for a race especially in your neck of the woods, I have a guy in my group that is home based in San Diego too. Im located in South Florida. Reg...
