Re: TCP ARMS,WHEELS AND KNUCKLES
I luckily can help you out. I own a running TCP and a NIB TCP. There was never a 2.2 front wheel option by traxxas. I believe the Bandit received the 2.2 later on(they do not share the same wheels as the TCP). The A-arms you have are legit. The white (also available in black) ones are the original s...

Re: Special Traxxas Rad2
This cars were imported by Graupner (Germany) and MRC (France) They were called "Radicator"for Graupner and "Vitto" for MRC. They were two versions: the "Standard" with MSC no ball bearing, no slipper and ball diff. The second called "Expert" with full option...

Re: I've seen it all now- Traxxas edition
I just bought a TCP from that man's collection. It's in bad shape however none of the hard to find plastic is damaged or stripped and the motor mount is practically brand new with the exception of a few scratch. I would like to whiten the parts but I'm not sure how and I'm worried if it will make t...

Re: Cleaning up an old friend - Traxas Bullet TRX-10
Yes two pieces effectively one. Very flexible system and quite unique. You sure seem angry at those little pieces. Angry? Hardly. I just don't like over-engineering. I couldn't care less one way or the other about Traxxas. For that matter, the Optima's steering setup is a kludge, too. What I decide...

Re: Vintage Traxxas RUNNERS only
It's just a design that works, Associated even sells different types of pads and vented slipper plates. I have ran Associated T4 since their release and it's just a solid slipper setup. Plus you can use associated 32pitch gears without any mods and you can use the gear cover lol.

Re: Vintage Traxxas RUNNERS only
If and only if you needed a complete assembly of both. The STRC is only $10-11 more for a way better setup. Super round gears, no more wobbling and consistence slipper clutch engagement. You can even use kyosho and losi kelvar spurs on the STRc setup. Plus the STRC setup lets use run the 1987 dust c...

Re: Vintage Traxxas RUNNERS only
Those upgrades suck lol. And has for the rear shock mount. I have is as short as possible. And for the slipper. I do not like the VXL setup and would recommend the STRC setup to run the associated spurs.

Yea I'm becoming kept good at this vintage stuff. I'm learning more about them then I do with the newer stuff. I miss the old days of Associated vs Losi vs Traxxas. Now look how many buggy are out there :'(.

Re: Compatibility between TRX-1, TRX-3 & Blue Eagle Transmis
internals are all the same from the trx1, trx3 and the blue eagle. Cases are different between all 3 going from part numbers 1991,2691 and 2791. Roger, pix are also a good thing. Gotta see some more action in the traxxas section  Todd Actually the Trx1 and Trx3/TCP share the same internals bu...
