Which outdrives do you need. I think i have a few sets of the slider style outdrives. But not ones that use dog bones. Was going to put those up also last night. But only got to the gears.

Like the others above said it sounds like a RTR with the blue shocks and the other sounds like the FT. Are they both blue chassis? Common thing around me once the RTR became so easy to acquire was to capture the ends of the rod ends. Some used shock ends like RC Chris posted and others used traxxas...

since both the same length, sounds like a ft and a race rtr. Seams like that piece someone added to the front for a brace maybe. doesnt look to go there. Go to rc10.com and go through the manuals. (go to cars and trucks, then go to discontinued models. and then rc10gt

the flat blue chassis is about 2000.
one sounds like a FT
the other with blue shocks sounds like a RTR. (chassis might be different lengths also)
