Thank you guys
I didn't know the worlds car came with black hubs this one came without hubs...my second one came with black hubs but I was thinking they were replaced parts... good to know! But I like the look with black and white suspension parts, as it is right now

Hey David! Thank you! I've got many positive feedback on this build, I'm glad
Concerning the spur gear: I know, you're right I didn't use it. Still has a 48p spur gear on it till I can find a correct one

Re: My Vintage A&L RC10
The tires finally arrived. So I swapped the original front axles by CRP axles, which allow to use these 1.5" Proline wheels for Tamiya Rough Rider :) most of you will recognise these wheels ;) The Protech body arrived too, so it will be painted in near future :) http://666kb.com/i/czg3tydi4f5zq...

Re: My Vintage A&L RC10
I found more stuff for this project and I'm very close to the final result. I got a Intruder body (tbg repro) but it's too modern for this car in my opinion, it would not harmonize with it lol So I will go for a protech body :) If being period correct is important then ~2" one-piece wheels wou...

Re: Vale's Rc10 Worlds Car resto
Finally disassembled the worlds car, cleaned each part one by one (those which I'm going to use for the build) and "whitened" parts. I will have some vacations from Monday onwards, so I can start rebuilding this one soon :) Already found NEW original yellow worlds wheels 8) only missing a ...

Re: TRUCK BODIES (10T & T2)
I just went to see about the shipping for a T2 body - its $70 extra to ship a body to Canada!!! Wow, talk about being hosed. I had to cancel my order. Just send a message to Team Associated and ask if it's possible to negotiate about shipping costs. I did it when I was looking for T2 bodies. They w...

I should build it near future because the weather is being pretty good over here and the outdoor season has started I know this feeling with other projects: my T2 Pavidis, my ...

First step is to clean the white parts with watter and some dish soap and to whiten the parts I will use the traditional peroxide/UV light methodmamadoesn`tletme wrote:looks nice! what will you do to clean/whiten the white plastic parts?
Concerning cleaning parts: I'm after a ultrasonic cleaner
