Re: So what did you get in the post today ???

These two sealed bad boys, been after just one for an age, then two sealed come along, at once, for silly money, way happy! Ones destined for my '94 YZ10 shelf car!

Re: Dyna Storm Ready for Refurb

Its a fun restore, but yeah, spendy, a decal sheet is a pig to track down and yup, costly, i used a TBG shell and NIP decals with mine to save a bit, the TBG shell is spot on too TBH. I ended up fitting a load of Nimrod parts to mine, but eventually got the sprues i needed, then again, i do love the...

Have you tried the wheel sets off that auction site we know and love? There from Germany, white dished ARP IIRC, i bought a quite few sets to use with foams, seem to work fine and decent prices?

Re: Alex B's Yokomo WCS 93 build thread (February 2014 updat

Yeah, they are TOO rare Alex, and the time and effort in hunting out parts alone would ruin you later, hell, one would have to pry my '94 out of my dead grasp, and thats a stock '94, if i had a Masami, id want armed SWAT guard on the case hehe! Ill look after it for you if you like though buddy, whi...

Re: New Project Works '91

Ive had both, I've Mr Lexan on my '94, and its superb compared to an original. TBG are just wrong, just way too small. As for Cobra, least the guy made sure they fit in a decent manner, i know they are soft, but for runners there great.

Re: New Project Works '91

Agreed on the TBG gear mate, utter poop and useless, it just don't fit right, and the under trays are laughable! Foams, there Schumacher Contact, fit r...

Re: Favourite Yokomo and why?

Always the '94 for me. It was my second true race car, after an early Ttech that scared with me its blistering speed, but flawed fragility, the '94 was easy to drive, quick, and built like a tank, i really only raced on road, and in an age where 190mm was just starting to filter in, the converted to...
