You might have seen this on evilbay, when I did I knew I had to have it, absolutely love the look of this buggy. Not sure who made the f/r bumpers and nerfs, they look production comparing them to other aluminum parts I have, made back then. I've never seen the bumper on any srb's, doesn't mean much...

Any idea's on these chassis's?

Anybody from OH KY IN, making the trip?

Thorp also sold the sliders, bought the full kit, sliders, hubs, diff bitd.
What a great hop up that was!

Here's a part that I have had no luck in figuring out.
I know it's JG and think it's for an srb, and that is about it.
Anybody ever seen 1 on an srb?

Will take a few more pics and give details on parts used, been working on a few Scorpions, they are the reason I have not finished the Champ.

Thought I bought a Playtron Lynx, guess the ebay seller decided not to ship it, no replies to messages, no tracking #.
Ebay sent a refund, but would have rather had the Lynx, just another oddball 4x4.

A project that I will get finished one of these days.

I think the wheels are more of a nylon?
Will look into soda blasting, tried blasting years ago on an old Brat body, using glass beads, and too high of a pressure, didn't work out to well

Scorpion is in great shape except for the tub being painted.
Anybody ever remove paint from one without damaging it?

Think this is a RC200, should be here next week, will post better pics then.
Has a K&B 3.5 with heat sink head, supposed to have low compression, anybody rebuild these?
Will have to find a top tray, and a few other parts I'm sure.

Was browsing evilbay one morning before work and seen this 870C, buy it now was high so I decided to keep looking, that afternoon the bin was lowered and I bought it. Auction said little use, tires like new etc... Received it and started looking it over and was getting bummed, tires are not original...
