RCH rear dual shock tower

Anybody have this part on a RR?
Not looking like it wants to fit with the cutout on the body.
I can space it out so the body clears, but the shocks are forward of the cutout.

Also any pics of the Race Prep Dual shock kit mounted?

Re: The Official "What is it?" Thread

Mystery solved, it's a rough rider roll cage. Lines up perfectly where the rr roof mounts front and back. Looks sweet! I tried it out on a rere body. Guess it was mislabeled for the ss when it was packaged. Will post a pic in the tamiya forum when my original rr body gets here. Wonder what else tric...

Re: The Official "What is it?" Thread

I thought sand scorcher also at first, but I sure don't see how it will mount. After looking it over with a ss and scorpion side by side I'm thinking maybe scorpion? SS stands for possibly scorpion sidewinder? I don't know, should be here next week. Anybody have any info about trick stuff? I think t...

Re: Scorpion Racer

Thanks for the replies everybody! I also tried the larger silver adapters with rough rider wheels and they do fit. Crp wasn't too much for giving instructions :D I'd agree that the silver's are for the rr and blacks are for the ss. Going to use mrp' s super Harris 1600 repo body on this, still need ...

Re: Scorpion Racer

The super champ was the same size as the sand scorcher 1.5, rough rider was 1.75.
