yes im running 2.2 rims ,sounds like you r over geared, but check everything again all the way down to your hub bearings,see if you have any blown out, are you running bearings on the case of the outdrives on the 6 gear,are r they the felt spacers,also make sure you are not over tightning the wheel ...
