Not sure what you mean by "what's up with the shocks" . The shocks have internal springs that's all. I wanted a super clean look throughout and that's simply an element of the design. ~e i kinda was thinking that when i asked the guy if that was it he said he didnt know when i bounced it ...

For me, somebody's John Hancock scribble on an item is meaningless and valueless.
