Looks like someone took it out back and buried it...I would take it apart and hose the chassis and nose plate off with WD-40 and soak all the plastics in simple green...Be careful if you leave anno parts in simple green for to long...I forgot about some shock caps and bodies that I had soaking and w...

I'm gonna try the cold water method for cleaning grease off bearings...I'm sure it'll work if I give it enough time! :mrgreen: :wink: And what kind of grease do you all have up North??? When I was in auto shop in high school I also worked at Midas muffler to make extra money and we just used a cold...

In this fast food world of gotta have it now nobody has patience anymore...It is slowly getting there...I just added 2 1/8th teaspoons more to see if it will happen faster...I am afraid to add to much to it because it might turn to tar lol...It could take a week and still not turn completely black.....
