Mystery motor plate
Any idea what this motor plate is? I havent come across one before. It seems to be the exact dimensions of the xx plate just different slots cut into it, is it after market? It came with a huge bundle of parts. Think il buff out the scratches and powder coat it. Forgive me if its something obvious!

Re: Sad Losi news, and a safety reminder
That is sad news. I bet he had some really cool stuff in there. You would assume someone like gill losi would be pretty clue'd up on how to charge a lipo safely ![Confused :?](./images/smilies/icon_confused.gif)

Re: Is this lipo still fit to use?
Yes unfortunately the lipo wasnt secured properly as its a few mm too big for the losi xx chassis. That wasnt very clever of me... :oops: The casing does seem very flimsy imo. Seems a shame to bin it but i dont fancy setting my house ablaze. Il look into the nanotech type lipo. $33 sounds a great pr...

Is this lipo still fit to use?
Having recently discovered the wonderful world of lipos/brushless systems i have also discovered how easy it is to crash with so much more power! The lipo hardcase cracked at one end after a bump, seemed ok so i duct taped it back together. However my next crash was a little more violent as you can ...

Re: BGRC paint shop...
wow, some really lovely paintjobs. Infact they all are! I think my favourites have to be the vintage yamaha designs, my friend has an rd350 in the same livery. Also the white, green and gold design on the 09 vonats rc10 is a thing of great beauty...... All sooo classy.

Re: Jamin's Losi XXT-CR Graphite++ Build - Painting complete
That shell looks great Jamin! Really like the 'team jamin' paint work design. All your losi's must look the business lined up next to each other!
Matching colours is always an arse-ache, looks like you have that pretty close tho. Did you note down the wifes colour mix or is it top secret?
