ran a xx with a novak 8.5 system in our vintage series last week and car handled it no problem.

does anyone know where i can get jrx front, bright yellow wheels with the losi logo on them, new in packet.
unable to post in the wanted section yet.

wednesday night at pontllanfraith leisure centre, remember it well, did most of our racing at gwent model club in st julians school newport.

yes, iv`e put this one on ebay as i am cutting down my collection.

i ran one in a vintage series last year using a 13.5t brushless without any problems, but the procat had MMS diffs and layshaft fitted.
the lipo stick pack fitted across the chassis using the original battery straps.

which of the oakdale venues did you use, pontlanfraith (spelling might be wrong) or the later venue up on the top of ?(cant remember the name )

think that i will make some enquiries at my local model shop about 1/8th diffs and get some of the lighter oil as a start point.

hey alex, awesome yokomo, always wanted one of these as i`ve never run any of the early yokomo cars, was more of a schumacher fan.

jrx restoration is looking good alex, looking at it i wish i had`nt sold it now though.

i have`nt had any experience with 1/8th diffs , what diff (oil) fluid would you recommend ?.

I`ve just come across a hydra drive for my XX, and looking at the manual it say`s to fill with A-3126 fluid. Is this just a heavy weight oil ?,and is there an alternative to the A-3126 fluid.

having read the earlier posts in this thread, i decided to try it on an old jrx pro shell i have aquired (shell in good condition but the colour was awful). i soaked the shell in dot 4 brake fluid and covered in absorbent kitchen paper adding more fluid to ensure a good coating, left it in a plastic...

after contacting JC Racing Products here in the UK about wheels for the jrx pro se, i have given them a set of original jrx pro wheels to use as a pattern in the hope that they will produce 2.2 wheel sets.
hopefully the will let me know soon.
