Re: A LITTLE MORE LOSI HISTORY
I had no idea about Variflex skateboards connection to Losi, wow! I remember them being all over back in the day but only after becoming 'toy grade.' Skateboarding became very popular here in the northeast for a time in what feels like the very early '90s? Anyway, I took an interest in it to the poi...

Re: Bored? Come To The Chit / Chat Thread
Ouch! Back in the early to mid '90s I was hitting a Wiffle ball across the front yard when a gust of wind came out of nowhere and blew the ball at a right angle lodging it in the kitchen window. I didn't get in trouble as my mother saw it happen due to standing at the sink of said window. :l...

I should have been more specific by saying if you add the actual URL of the spreadsheet to your post, it will embed it. The current one in your post is the share link which is slightly different. Here's the link to add to your post if you'd like the spreadsheet to display: https://docs.google.com/sp...

You can add the spreadsheet right to your first post if you like by simply copy/pasting the link.

Ooops my bad, I thought you bought it. I was being distracted when I read your post, and deciphered it wrong. Even with how awesome it is, yeah I think they're asking the moon for it.Frankentruck wrote: ↑Sat Apr 05, 2025 4:46 pm Did someone buy it? I saw the listing ended and then got relisted right away.

Yeah, they jumped on the hobby-grade bandwagon for a short period of time.
That is one of the nicest examples of a Brat I've ever seen. Just incredible!
I just looked it up on eBay, and you must have REALLY wanted it.

It's not vintage or a re-release but a modern vehicle, so I moved it here to the catch-all section we have for them. Glad to have you back.

Re: Ultimate Vintage Brushed Motor Reference Guide (Discussion Topic)
I have some (all?) of their winds added to the reference guide but have yet to come across any additional information on them such as part numbers. Apparently they were based in London England, and made other hop-ups mainly for Schumacher it seems. https://www.rc10talk.com/viewtopic.php?t=6652 A per...

The past day or two I've noticed the board acting a bit funny speed wise so I checked the server monitor and the load is bouncing off of 100%. :? I logged into Cloudflare to check the traffic activity because that's normally what causes it, and it seems we're getting inundated with some bad traffic ...

Re: Big Jim Greenemeyer Motors
Or just to be cool. They wanted to use colored paper which seems feasible that it would come in an assortment.
The odd part I was referring to though was how it's been on my mind to copy the motor info from this seemingly obscure sheet into the reference topic, and you start one about it.

Re: Big Jim Greenemeyer Motors
This is kind of odd in a way... A while back I came across a pink sheet version, and have been meaning to add the motors to the reference guide. Maybe I got it from here?
