Re: Can someone 3D print this for me?

I thought of that but wouldn't know where to start. I thought of using a piece of lexan and cutting one out then painting it but wanted to see if there are any wizards here that could help me out first!

Can someone 3D print this for me?

Hey everyone, so I need a bit of help please. My kids electric pocket bike lost a part and parts are literally impossible to find. Thanks to R Cane we were able to secure a second bike and cobble together a fully working bike. Unfortunately the gas tank cover (which covers the electrical port) has f...

Re: RC10 Graphite #6030

If it was mine, I'd sell it here cheap!

Seriously I think I would keep it new in box and just buy a cheap runner instead.

Re: Optima is back!!

Thanks. Looking at the Optima I'm just guessing that the arms would have been weak points - they look fragile. Sort of like B4 arms  Pretty interesting little buggy but I'm too much of an AE loyalist. Had a hard enough time buying a few Tamiyas. Oh well I do have a couple HPI cars too but those...

Re: Optima is back!!

Okay I'm going to admit my ignorance here. I know nothing about this car but it certainly looks very interesting. It looks like its part Hot Shot - and the aluminum bits obviously would have been very high tech back in the day. 4WD buggies weren't exactly common place either, right? So AE didn't hav...

Re: Bought a B5M last week

Can you explain what these upgrades are and how they help:

MIP Puck System
Kashima coated shock bodies
CB Cut Gears

I love my B5M - handles so good right out of the box. I feel a bit guilty enjoying it so much over the vintage stuff but its just so smooth and easy to drive

I would post mine but your 'basher' looks like a shelf queen compared to mine! Plus I'm too lazy to go take pics, lol

Re: Is the slow economy affecting your hobby?

The economy isn't affecting anything so much as my lack of interest in doing anything RC related. I have a 95% completed Hot Shot that's just sitting there along with a bunch of other cars that just need a few things fixed. To be honest, I was thinking of selling most of it off and buying a motorcyc...

Re: Scary ordeal at 3am

Dude - go to the doctor anyways just to be safe. It could be food poisoning or something like that. Better safe than sorry! BTW, age doesn't mean anything either. Had a guy on my hockey team 10 years ago (we were all 35), and he literally dropped dead of a heart attack on the bench. He was not a dri...

Re: RC10.44 : Shaft Drive 4WD RC10

Chris, as you're not too far away, if there's an indoor track nearby, it might be a good place for the maiden voyage. You can see how it compares against your B44. I would honoured! Just let me know when and where and I will be there :) I've only driven on a track twice (and I sucked both times eve...

Re: RC10.44 : Shaft Drive 4WD RC10

This is very exciting! I would think with the aluminum tub vs the B44's Carbon chassis, this *should* handle better over jumps and stuff since it potentially could have a lower centre of gravity. I would guess the handling will be similar to the Ten4 project but it would be more nose heavy since it ...
