Needing the collective for a great build.
I first want to say many thanks for a great forum that is bringing out the 'old' kid in me as well as some fond memories. I raced for several years as a pre-teen up until I could drive for real. We had our own indoor small dirt oval in southern IN, as well as the occasional outdoor pavement race. It...

Re: Lohas has essentially remade the tecnacraft wheel
I definitely want a set of the split spokes. Very sweet looking wheels! Following the thread all the way through, the 15 sets that were spoken of have already come and gone... :( The World Wheel/Hurricane design is still out there... for now. That's what I thought at first, but the post by emerson ...

Re: My old-new gold tub project...
Since I'm new to this forum, I cannot see the b/s/t section yet. Did this car ever get put up for sale? I'm looking to buy a mostly completed project car.

Re: Lohas has essentially remade the tecnacraft wheel
This may seem like a dumb question, but it looks like these require hex drives, so how do the fit the RC10? I'm only throwing myself out there because I want a pair if I ever see the 5 spokes come back. Yes, the 5 spoke will be back. I had confirmed there are still some rough center rims in my OEM ...

Re: New to here, old to RC
The wheels on this one are simply awesome. From searching here I found out they are still in production and I have located them being sold on Ebay. http://i570.photobucket.com/albums/ss141/Gronk812/Radio%20Control/IMG_2173.jpg Sean Where have you seen these wheels for sale? They look outstanding! L...

Re: How did Turbo Drops work?
wasn't there a contraption from revtech or some such company that did just that? I seem to remember seeing an ad for an onboard device to release comm drops during a race. Gotta go back through the RCCA archives to see if I can dig anything up. Yup, Paragon made them. I still have a NIP one. :D I r...

Re: OLD SCHOOL FUTABA RADIO
I believe Airtronics was made by Sanyo. I had several multi-channel Airtronics radios back in the 80's. All of them were AM. Never a problem from any of them.
