Necroing this thread with my 6 gears little stealth buddy I got at a swap meet. Never run either but a bit rougher condition (moisture rusted the turnbuckles some)

Man that is nice. I don't know how so many people find these great ones, and its hard to believe that they all were not run into the ground by actually driving/racing them. I know when I wore one out it was easier to clean it up and sell the old one and use the cash for a new RC10 that try and rebu...

Lol, I just had wanted to get another of what I had when I was a kid. My old CE is stilling sitting up in my attic, its all scratched up though.

After thinking about it, I think I may try to sell this one or trade it for a stealth trans car in the same condition as this one.

I love these cars and love the Stealth version even more for racing. Great find and congrats! If it were me, I wouldn't mod this one (A chassis) to accept the stealth transmission (B chassis holes), when you can easily just buy a stealth CE version. Just picked up an RC10Ce last night that was built but never had any more electronics put in it than a steering servo. Its a 6 gear transmission and says "A" on the back of the chassis. Needless to say its perfect! Will snap more pictures later when I get home of it. I bought it in an effo...

I think 300-400 is the most I'd pay for a 4x4 kit for my rc10.

I plan to more than likely pick up a 22 just because. lol
