great start there It's a lot of fun now (I'm in the same boat it sounds) to track down and buy parts we couldn't afford as kids! That has motivated many cars I have built.

Thanks for the offer Jeff! I have a piece of FRP coming from the one and only GOMachV :) I going to enlarge the pic, print it, make a pattern and try to cut it out. If that doesn't work I may be calling :) That is the only pic I have of the mount, came from Time Tunnel. Cool! Let me know how it goe...

If a better option doesn't present itself, I can draft out this part to be cut and send you a DXF. Using a few pics like this, I can get it pretty darn close to perfect!

I have the same prob, where I feel like I have too much junk sitting around and there's stuff no one would want so I should just toss a few things. But then I think back to R/C stuff and 1:1 cars/parts I've off'd in the past. I would love to have some of that stuff back! It makes you stop and think....

I've had no problems with it! Downloads for me are fast, but maybe that's just my interweb speed here. If you're running out of storage space, I'm pretty sure any external hard drive can be plugged into it. I mostly play GTA V and car related games.
