Re: in morehead nc hospital

Glad to hear you're back home buddy. I'm headed to Jacksonville soon and was going to sneak you a buggy into the hospital to wrench on
Sucks how some garages hold heat in like that. Gotta wait until a couple hours past sunset to go get some work done!

Re: The Official "What is it?" Thread

Anyone know who made these or what they are for? About 3.75 OD, 2 ID, and 1.625 width I've had them for a long time, and can't even remember where they came from... http://i47.photobucket.com/albums/f164/shutupanddrive714/RC%20crap/WUT/1B2FD86D-A0AA-4A54-9048-319D96C092A1_zpsgvgoe0ao.jpg http://i47....

Re: Bolink Digger questions

That was an eBay buy it now find. I assume this was after the Jerobee based version. They show a version with a VW body so you have another "missing link" to find jeff! That was a good deal dude! Just saw it. It's the same box that one of my Jerobee based Diggers has. The other ha...

Wut. Pin is hidden by the axle shaft in the pic. You can see the hole for it on the back side in the pic. So back to the original question... Anyone know who made these?

Re: SRB Hop Up Pics & Info Thread

Snapped a pic of this too while digging through a box of parts. I didn't know these were also sold by KP until recently. I've got several used, but the only other NIP I've had was Bolink. http://i47.photobucket.com/albums/f164/shutupanddrive714/RC%20crap/SRB/86895451-38ED-4D39-B7E7-5564F1171563_zps5...

Re: SRB Hop Up Pics & Info Thread

And back to te MSC stuff, here's some individual parts packaged separately.
They aren't too hard to piece together if you need to.

Stop it shodog! You're making me feel bad about my cars. You've got some awesome rides in your collection! Anyone know who made these? Thorp maybe? :? They aren't a metric thread, so most likely a U.S. company. http://i47.photobucket.com/albums/f164/shutupanddrive714/RC%20crap/SRB/B8280090-0C2...

Agreed! The built in belt guide is a great idea! Very cool to see this coming together, and like you said, it's nice not having to wait weeks for parts to be printed.

Wow! It looks perfect! I've never seen one based on that chassis either. Weird.

Re: SRB Hop Up Pics & Info Thread

Here's a cool piece I thought you guys might like to see. This style MSC was commonly used in SRBs bitd. I've pieced together a couple for my cars, but was really stoked to find this one in the original pack. http://i47.photobucket.com/albums/f164/shutupanddrive714/RC%20crap/SRB/276E0B70-F94B-4E68-8...

Re: The story of how this body ended up looking this way

Did you wash the body well before paint? Strange. Even gnarly wrecks shouldn't let the paint flake off like that. It's like the paint didn't bond correctly with the body.
