? about a AE graphite chassis

I always wanted a graphite chassis and when I had the opportunity to pick one up, I jumped on it. It has a few added holes, but no big deal. I built this RC10 with it. I know It's not much, but its mine. Hahaha. Anyways, my question is, the chassis doesn't have the AE emblem on it. It this a true AE...

Gold tub or graphite chassis

What are your thoughts about the graphite chassis compared to the gold tub? Which is a better racer and why? I'm in the thinking phase of possibly building a graphite chassis RC10, but would like some insight scoop on how it compares to the gold tub. Thanks gents.

Re: RC10 carbon chasis

its not the "woven" looking one. I'll post a pic tomorrow sometime. I've never had one, but always wanted a carbon chassis RC10. How do the run compared to a gold tub?

RC10 carbon chasis

I just purchased a AE carbon chasis from fleabay and I'm wondering it the carbon chasis uses a rear brace which attaches to the motor mount. I see two holes in the rear of the chasis and I'm wondering it thats what its for. thanks.

Any T2 race setups out there?

I recently acquired a T2 in great condition and I want to race it with some of the T4's running around here. Currently, I have a 9.5T motor with a HW 60A esc. I'm looking more for shock setup and such. What are you gents running and general gearing for a 13.5T and 9.5T motors. Thanks guys.

Race setup for 10T

Does anyone have a setup for the 10T they are willing to share? My track is 140x90, loose and not very techical. Thanks in advance.

Re: Toe in???

you gents are correct about a Lunchbox. I have a LB and I'm glad for the miniscule amount of bump steering on the RC10 compared to the LB.

Welcome to the madness. If you're considering racing it, I'd look for something other than the "jelly beans". I'm sure the other "madmen" with far greater Jedi skills than me, will chime in and point you in the right direction. The most important thing about this hobby is.....
