do we know if we need warmer temps to use this method? It is winter here. I get sun but cold inside too.. I have some parts to whiten and wanted to start this week..

last time i had issues, i used a little flux for plumbing. I know some say not to use it, but i have never had any problems with it.

i can tomorrow but it is a standard black alum pan chassis with stealth tranny and the stock arms mounts the buggies and 10Ts came with.

ok, what is that chassis. I searched the board for it LOL
I see the rear arm mount holes are different from my T chassis. Lookin for suggestions for rear arm mounts for a 10T that will fit my chassis.

make sure you have all thread lock or glue off parts, it will not dye that.. found that out tonight dying old buggy parts that where a funny color..

hmmm never would have thought about those 2... i agree with your size. Menards has a selection of metric hardware if you do not have a lhs by you. You may be stuck with a little shorter or a fuzz longer screw.
