well started in on the break down, the drivetrain is almost perfect all the hinge pins in back were perfect, so far the only real issue is a bit of rust on the e-clips, the top gear's pin and a few other bits of hardwear anyway here are pics... and a new thing im just trying out, little video clip r...

looks way too sketchy if your going to go cheap, the hobbywing line of esc's and motors are the best bang for your buck.
