Found what I was looking for. Love this site. THE RC10 CHAMPIONSHIP CAR (STEALTH) 1992-96 https://www.rc10talk.com/viewtopic.php?p=124342#p124342 The Late Black Stealth RC10CE This was the very last production of the gold pan and was made even during the RC10B2 production run! Re: we all have big toys too don't we? show off your ride!
Had this '66 Bus for 34 years now, bought it three days after my 17th birthday - it was double side-swiped and had a seized motor; people thought I was crazy to have spent $600 for it in late '89. https://i.imgur.com/r4cQ3Qg.jpg https://i.imgur.com/mcJUnzp.jpg https://i.imgur.com/Ods4ljm.jpg?1 https...

RC10 Gold Pan - C stamp?
I'm about to cleanup my RC10 after all these years. You don't hear much about the C stamp gold pan. Does anyone know any more about the C-stamp era? I bought this from Wold's House of Hobby's in Dublin, CA, in late '96. Never painted or mounted the RC10 body/driver, might have the wing somewhere too...

Re: RC10gt MIP Shiny CVD - Any way to repair?
Turns out a user here on RC10Talk had the exact Shiny CVD bone I was looking for, I won't have to try and repair the cracked one now.
Thanks so much!

Re: RC10gt MIP Shiny CVD - Any way to repair?
That's great news to hear there is a cross-compatible MIP Shiny bone that would work. The one in the pics above is 87mm, and I've not found another that close yet. I do still have some of the black CVD's still. I believe that's a kit original on the left that would've come with this: https://i.imgur...

Re: RC10gt MIP Shiny CVD - Any way to repair?
Thanks for the reply. The MIP Shiny bone appears to be polished steel alloy of some sort, the inside of the bell is the same color, just not polished to a shine. If the crack was able to be welded, perhaps the grinding and polishing it would bring back the original Shiny look. Only one hole got stre...

RC10gt MIP Shiny CVD - Any way to repair?
The last time I ran my RC10gt, decades ago, a rock or something got in between the bone and the arm, and did this:

Stretched out the pin hole, and cracked the bell:

Can this be welded or repaired?

Re: Who needs LiPo?!
This may sound like an exaggeration, and I promise it's not: I have had (6) 3S LiPo's for a Blade 400 CP heli (from 2008), unused and stored in my refrigerator for nearly 12 years now. I balance charged them with the storage voltage setting, and in parallel, using an older iCharger 206B and parallel...

Toys in the Attic
Hi all. Glad to have found this site, I have a few vintage RC's that I dug out recently, and I need 30 meaningful posts in order to request an extremely hard to find part, or to get in to the B/S/T.
