Is anyone making reproduction shrink wrap that looks like original scr or scr cells? I have some old matched packs that I want to rebuild for shelf cars but the labels look rough. Thought I saw where someone made heat shrink to replace the originals. I know mci makes some decals but they seem pretty...

I finished rehydrating and whitening the parts from my Traxxas trx-1 project and it turned out great. Everything is nice and semi flexible, and almost the same color as they were back in the early 90’s. My concern now is, should I further treat the parts to keep them from drying out again? What does everyone use to “condition” the plastic after the whitening process? Anything suggested like an oil or silicone? I would guess that most oils could deteriorate plastic, but maybe there’s something synthetic that would work?

Any suggestions on replacement Jrx2 rear tires? Seems like there have been a few 2.0” tires available in the past, but nothing currently. I’d prefer some 4 rows like the originals but would settle for almost anything that looks like it came from that era.
