Re: So, what did you do RC today?

Designed this and printed a few. Now can anyone guess what it's for?

It does need a revision though, I went too tall on the top part so I can't use the outer positions without it colliding with the ballcup.

Re: So, what did you do RC today?

Got a killer deal on this 22x-4 slider. IMG_20230128_194141999.jpg Was originally setup for clay so I've been going through it to get it ready for carpet. I actually raced it yesterday but it definitely needed a a new setup. Some old skool Losi stickers to make the ugly body slightly better. IMG_202...

Re: Losi Mini-T "1.0" vintage buggy conversion

Cool project! I believe the 75% scale of 1/10 scale works out to be about 1/14th scale overall. I wonder if it will really end up being a little larger than the modern Mini-B (1/16 scale), or if Losi just didn't get the numbers quite right. I know the mini JRX2 is more around 1/14 scale than 1/16 i...

Re: So what did you get in the post today ???

Got my TBG order in, love these guys! Picked up body sets for my JRX2 and JRX Pro SE and some gear covers, got a bonus extra body for the Pro SE! Now I need to think of a good scheme for the pro se. IMG_20230123_224855508_HDR.jpg Got a couple Team Orion SV2 (round, angle brush) motors. I just bought...

I'm going to have to check out a set when parts become available.

Re: The ultimate Mini JRX2 thread

Something occrued to me. Losi just released mini Drag cars. If those arms and dogbones are narrowed then I might have an alternative solution for running dogbones(or cvds if a kit ends up made for them) and possible arms I don't need to print.

Re: So what did you get in the post today ???

Some more SLA printing supplies came in. Picked up a jug of Siraya tech Tenacious flexible resin to mix with my other resin to hopefully get more impact resistant parts out of my printer. oh and some new outdrives for a not vintage buggy i've been messing with and managed to smash into a wall at the...

Re: So what did you get in the post today ???

This is a Losi XXX-NT Adam Drake Edition I got offered for a good price. Just arrived and is in pretty good shape. Came with manual, box and radio. Engine is a O.S. CV-R, but I’m not sure if it’s a .12 or .15. Sadly missing the cool special AD wheels. Someday I’ll find a set… Going to be my main tr...

Breaking News- Check Out the 2 page ad on the Feb 2023 RC Car Action issue - Losi Mini JRXT limited edition!!! Unfortunately the QR link is not showing the vehicle yet. -limestang I kinda figured this was coming but now I'm happy! Now if MIP would go ahead and make actual CVDs for these I'd be extr...

What is this called and is there more info on it? Wouldn't mind converting one of the Slashs to use that.

Re: The ultimate Mini JRX2 thread

Been racing the mJRX2m for a bit now, it's been holding up alright but the major issue with it was the open diff. Trying to go full throttle often leads to the car pulling to the side, not the greatest when trying to line up jumps. Sadly there's no actual direct fit ball diff or cvds available for t...

Re: Your favorite ESC (with photo)

I'm surprised nobody has listed the Novak Cyclone It's not my favourite... :P Same here. I have one, and its a cool esc. But far from being a favorite. I like older electronics, and I have several older Novak, Tekin, Futaba, and Astro-Craft pieces. But once they got buttons instead of potentiometer...
