Re: TA02 Datsun 240z rally car
This thing drives nicely, real smooth. Batteries crapped out on me real quick (been having a real problem with my NIMH batteries lately, won't keep a charge) so I didn't get to run it long. http://i538.photobucket.com/albums/ff342/Simpson75/DSC03752.jpg http://i538.photobucket.com/albums/ff342/Simps...

Re: Boomerang , Hot Shot Steel Aerial..
Are they the same as the ones on the frog? If so, Tower or Tamiya should have them. I think my re-re P34 six wheeler came with one. Not sure if it"s the same, check Tamiya's website.

I remember seeing this video in magazines, good to finally watch it. It's soo old school 80's. You see Curtis's pocket protector and calculator watch!

Re: TA02 Datsun 240z rally car
Pulled this one off the back burner! Figured I might as well finish this one. My last idea for a way to hold the lights didn't work out. So I simply bent up a piece of metal, like I should have done in the first place, and mounted the lights. I used the Marchal lights that were on my Brat and 2 ligh...

Nice looking project. That thing is sweet. Like how you did the chain shields. Gives me an idea for my Spider TF2 buggy conversion.

Re: Project: Sand Blaster
You will need to but CRP's hardware kit as well. Hardware kit? Mine included mounts and shock spacers, that's all you really need to add the shocks. Hmm, when I got my plastic pieces for the mounts, I had to buy the hardware that included longer bolts and some brass tubing spacers. O.K., You're rig...

Re: Project: Sand Blaster
Cool Frog!! Can those black front shock mounts still be purchased somewhere? I have the shocks but no mounts. I saw crp made some red sets, but black looks better. Nice build!! Forgot to mention: They only list the red ones on Ebay and at their website but they still carry the black ones. All you h...

Re: Is this RC10 worth the trouble?
Digging through the bargin bin at my LHS I found these wheels for a total of $3. I see that the rears fit but the fronts seem like they need a different size bearing. Anyone know the bearing size?
