Turbo Blizzard DF300 EP
Always wanted one of these. Bought it in the beginning of the summer but since it's starting to get colder outside I figure I better get it ready. I plan on painting like an old school Kyosho buggy (Optima. Rocky, etc) with a Lemans 240ST motor, and 7 cell hump pack. Hence the "Turbo". htt...

My basement workshop. Not pictured is another table and chairs, couch, stereo, and 32" TV. I spend a lot of hours down there, mostly just chillin out when I should be building. http://i538.photobucket.com/albums/ff342/Simpson75/Museum/DSC05019.jpg http://i538.photobucket.com/albums/ff342/Simpso...

Cool project. I vote for the wing. It wil look good back there since the back of the buggy is gone.

Re: Ultima Dune Buggy New Release
It looks alright. At least it's kinda scale and not an over the top, unrealistic looking offroad racer spaceship.

Re: RC10 Project Period Incorrect
Still no rear bulkhead. And I decided to use the shocks on another project. I think some silver shocks would look better on here anyway. I couldn't think of what color to paint it so I went with what I already had and that ended up being white. The stripes are Autographics decals. Love the old schoo...

Re: Project TF2
I used a gen1 lazer body, and that same lemans moter. It's surprisingly good for its age. Hold on, I should have a thread about the car somewhere here... found it :D That's a cool looking project you had there. So I take it the Lazer arms wont work with the TF2 hub carriers? I guess Ill be on the l...

Re: Project TF2
I owned a TF2 myself and ran it in buggy shape. The conversion is easy with lazer suspension and UJ-s or dogbones. You certanily need a body with undercowl though and it will be a little shorter than a standard buggy in wheelbase Thanks for the info. The body I plan on using has a pretty short whee...

Project TF2
This is inspired by RCCA's Project Optima in their Dec. '87 issue. http://www.rc10talk.com/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=11218 Since I don't have a gold Optima or a Kyosho buggy at all, this Spider EP TF2 touring car chassis is going to have to do. I've had this car for 15 years and it saw little action s...

Re: Rothmans Livery For My Honda Cbr 1000rr
That is too sweet. I've seen race replica fairings on the bay and had been a little sceptical about quality, fit, and finish but yours looks great. Might have to do my 1000RR.

Re: RC10 Project Period Incorrect
The body part # is 6160 Protech body. Tower has 'em. And the bottom is pretty clean, I just need to bend the nose plate back into shape. And the tires are Pro-line Champions. The rear shocktower thats on there is not the original one but the one that came with the buggy has the same hole pattern. No...
