Re: Just a heads up
If that would be the case, that makes sense.
I guess we will see though. I would hate for them to bring the body back, just to make the driveshafts hard to come by.

Re: Just a heads up
People are raving in another thread how much Associated cares about the vintage crowd by bringing the Rc10t body back. Now they are going to discontinue driveline pieces?
Doesn't make a whole lot of sense to reproduce one thing and discontinue another.

Re: RC10 Worlds cleanup
Did you get the wheels and tires and body with it?
I had purchased one that was also a never ran specimen that had been dug out of someone's closet.
Mine however, was missing the rear wheels and tires, the body and the battery strap.
Looks like you will have a nice shelfer when you are done.

Re: Intriguing ad in RC Car Action - RC10 re-release?
From a business standpoint, it would not make sense to put such a small limit on this car if there is a much higher demand. To go through all the expense of remaking molds to sell only a small amount and not profit from it is rediculous. If the demand is there, fire the mold machines and other equip...

Re: Flourescant 10T
I almost bid on that truck, I wanted the body more than anything.
Glad to see a member got it, and not someone who was going to part it out.

Re: Bob Stormer, glimpse
Thanks for sharing the pics Bob. I always enjoy seeing collections, and yours definitely tops them all. I believe many of us would be in the same position as you, had we been involved in the R/C industry as you have been all these years. If you ever did come to selling items, I'm sure there are plen...

Now it has gone to the RC scrapyard, being parted out right now on Ebay by Rcwaffle.
If he sells everything at the listed prices is $657.

Re: New to the board
Here is what was posted for using bigjeepz arms. To complete your Old Is New RC10with these arms you will need a couple specific parts which are all still readily avaiable. The rear is critical for proper fit and function. RPM RC10T/RC10GT Rear Hubs #7027 3/16 x 1/2 bearings (4), ($1.00 each at Avid...

Looks like a nice start, I still kinda kick myself for not picking one of those up when they were being sold on the Bay.
