Re: Rc10 worlds front spring help.
So it turns out somehow I had completely the wrong shafts in the front shocks, they were about a cm too long. No idea where they came from or how they got in there... but not surprisingly, now Ive put some new, correct sized shafts in, it’s all working perfectly !

Re: Rc10t3 Reedy Edition Build
Ive got a t3 incoming and was looking to go brushless on it (Ive just rebuilt an rc10 worlds and didnt want to risk brushless on that). I was looking at a few of those Trackstar brushles setups, what turn motors would you say are the max it can handle on a 2c lipo? I want to make sure I don't go too...

Re: RC10T3 Factory Team build
Stunning build! Ive got a t3 rtr version coming in a few days, but looks like it needs a bit of work (I sold an old kyosho lazer zx on ebay and it went for silly money, and I got excited when I finally found an rc10t... even though it cost me not far off what the new 6.1 would cost!!) Anyway, where ...

Re: Rc10 worlds front spring help.

Re: Rc10 worlds front spring help.
Good to know thanks! There was only one set on ebay, and they’ve now gone. I was hoping there would be an aftermarket solution! Black springs are soft. Most of the time I've got my cars set up with silver all around, sometimes down to green. Generally 30wt shock oil all around but 5 points either wa...

Re: Rc10 worlds front spring help.
Hi, when I say rebuild, I more mean stripping down, cleaning and putting together again, Ive not resorted to buying new parts and doing a complete rebuild... yet
All seemed pretty smooth, and pistons moved nicely. The actual damping works nicely, it’s just the lack of rebound.

Rc10 worlds front spring help.
Hi all, I recently got my original RC10 ten worlds back up and running, but am struggling with the front suspension. Original shocks and black springs, new oil and I stripped them down and rebuilt them. All looks good, but I get next to no rebound at all. So I wanted to try some harder springs, but ...

Re: Hello from Worcester, UK
Im hoping with Biden coming in the US is a few days, him and old Bozza can have a chat and sort a good trade deal... then we can order all the bits we need from the US without the shocking import fees

Re: Hello from Worcester, UK
Good luck with the rebuild, Im just starting one as well. It seems to be a complete mission to get hold of parts in the UK. Ive been hunting for a rear wing fitting kit with no luck. So it looks like I’m going to have to try and come up with a bodge! These guys seem to have a few bits so might be wo...

And a few other random cars that were up there too, which I’ll be swiping the electrics from and see if they work.

Hi from Notts and an old RC10 Worlds
Hi all! just joined as I discovered my old 90s RC10 worlds in the loft and am working on a rebuild. Was only missing a couple of little bits which Ive mostly managed to track down (or at least so far! We’ll see about that once I get the motor in and see how it runs 🤣). Looking forward to getting it ...
