So it turns out somehow I had completely the wrong shafts in the front shocks, they were about a cm too long. No idea where they came from or how they got in there... but not surprisingly, now Ive put some new, correct sized shafts in, it’s all working perfectly !

Ive got a t3 incoming and was looking to go brushless on it (Ive just rebuilt an rc10 worlds and didnt want to risk brushless on that). Hi, when I say rebuild, I more mean stripping down, cleaning and putting together again, Ive not resorted to buying new parts and doing a complete rebuild... yet

All seemed pretty smooth, and pistons moved nicely. The actual damping works nicely, it’s just the lack of rebound.
