Re: Losi XX4 Modern Racer build
I tried running those Barracuda titanium outdrives in a XXT and the slots showed signs of wear after the second run. I would suggest using them for shelf display cars. With the plastic outdrives with those aluminum saver rings, you'll notice that the dogbone cannot slide straight into the saver ring...

Re: Rc10t style one piece carbon fiber build
A bent chassis has incorrect anti-squat angle, Incorrect front kick-up angle, and possible side to side tweak - which would permanently carry over to your carbon fiber chassis.
I'm really surprised I haven't seen anyone just 3d print a mold to make a carbon fiber chassis yet.

3/16" axle pins
Does anybody have a location (like McMaster-carr) and part number to get the roll pins for the 3/16" axles in bulk?

The rear suspension arms are off-set a little. So depending on which direction you run the arms, you shorten or lengthen the wheelbase.

Pallet strapping tape is an excellent replacement for the black tape around vintage Novak stuff. I can't find the right width, so I cut it to a smaller width.... https://www.uline.com/Product/Detail/S-2056/Strapping-Tape/Tesa-4288-4092-Strapping-Tape-3-8-x-60-yds-Black?pricode=WB1205&gadtype=pla...

That Atom is sweet! Always looking for one. No idea what I would put it in, maybe my XX4, but I want one and the pit wizard to program it.
