Kyosho Outlaw Rampage 34361T1 help
I've got one of these on the way. Have been out of the RC loop for around 4 years, so missed this until recetly. When I found the one with white body pretty cheap on line I grabbed it - My time in RC has been pretty brief , so the full package is attractive to me. Any tips or suggested hop-ups. s-l1...

Body question no.2 First one is big and white, I'm thinking ABS like Mardave make their bodies... underneath, it has "Matich S4" written in pen... As usual, any info appreciated :D Alex Matich_Capture.JPG The white body looks like the Matich SR4 - here is a picture of at Calder Park. mati...

Re: An AYK chassis I think ?
Great I've had some success . I found this Japanese site and what I have (I think) is a AYK NX201R Roadrunner from 1984 . Well 2 x chassis and both may be variants of the Roadrunner. http://onceuponatime.sblo.jp/article/49869676.html Here is the other chassi I have - and it looks even closer to the ...

Re: An AYK chassis I think ?
I've done more interenet reaserch , and now believe this chassis may be part of the Road Runner series of 1:12th pancars from AYK .
I have no idea what body fits this chassis , but the 2 up rights on the alloy motor cage look to be a for a wing.

Re: An AYK chassis I think ?
Thanks Coelacanth, I thought those red ball ends looked like AYK. I have a Buffalo with them as well, but wasn't sure if another Japanese RC company may also have used them.Coelacanth wrote: ↑Thu Sep 24, 2020 11:33 am AYK did make some pan cars, and they were fond of using those red ball-ends, but I can't help further with the I.D.

I've still got to wait a few hours before i can put the gold paint on but i think the shape of the rear engine panels is better . old version https://i.imgur.com/HJXOvHZl.jpg new version https://i.imgur.com/jMB5UJal.jpg looks better balanced in my opinion . Re: SRB Free Styling
What i have is a well used Rough Rider chassis that's fairly early production , its a bit rough so its never going to be a concourse car and that suits me as i want to run it . This is how it arrived . https://i.imgur.com/RGhvw5vl.jpg That bumper is just fantastic - hope you kept that one and frame...

Re: Striker Prices ?
I think the Striker is "interesting" looking RC , and would like to find a clean used one .. but not at the prices asked now.
The same seems to be happening with Falcon prices - through the roof.

Re: Blitzer Beetle Help
I've restored two Blitzers and could never get the nose cone looking right. TS12 Orange is way off. One person suggested grey TS primer, followed by PS1 White, then PS24 fluro orange then TS13 clear? I've scuffed the cone and I reckon just TS13 clear should look good, what do you guys think? The TS...

Man .. Looks like someone sat on the corner of the roof. Good to read the retailer will replace it.
These BBs always look like fun. I've got a cheap brushless combo on the way for when I build mine. I know NOTHING about brushless, but this will teach me .
