Mugen Buggy?

Looking at getting this but I’m confused as to what it is exactly. Guy says it’s a Mugen MBX8. The servo layout looks different than pics on the net. Any help is appreciated.

Re: My Old RC10 6 gear Trans

Who says it’s for old guys  I like older rigs better than the new stuff... With the exception of one or two vehicles. But I’d say build it based off what you want it to do. And if you have a beat up chassis you can mod it to take a newer transmission. And a Scx10 transmission is a direct fit bu...

Re: It all started with an idea...

As for the motor plate flip without cutting, I did that. The motor doesn’t seem to fit on that side as it hits the chassis more on one side then the other. Not sure why.

The reedy motor looks good though. I’ll look into that.

Re: It all started with an idea...

So my motor fits on one side and not the other no matter what way I turned it so not sure what happened there :|

But what Reverse rotation motor would work best?

Re: It all started with an idea...

Let’s say I was to use a reverse rotation motor. Any ideas for a good brushed one to use at a soft dirt track? And I like the 3D imaging, very helpful!

How would you brace bulkhead? Can anyone show pictures of what they have done with other mids?

Re: Convert RC10T to take Hex Wheel & Tires

You could also 3D print hex adapters but that might only work for the rear. Just a thought.

Re: It all started with an idea...

Do you guys think it would be better to put it back? I have some doubts about the strength of having it this way.

It all started with an idea...

I had the idea to make a mid motored Rc10 without having to drill holes in the chassis or cutting the sidewalls. I noticed that the holes lined up and wondered if it would work. It doesn’t really clear the motor so I am worried about shorting something and their being smoke. Any thoughts as to wheth...

RC10 Bug Body

So I had the idea to change my rc10 over to a RC10 Scorcher as I have seen before. Do you really have to shorten the chassis an inch? Or will the factory length adjustment on an rc10 be enough? Any help is greatly appreciated.(also post pics of your if possible) And could anyone rest a scorcher/mons...

I saw it and it was awesome. I think it would be cool if someone recreated those cars as rc’s... just a thought.

Re: My new ride

I’m not sure. It’s almost like the original plates had a weird coating on them or something because as soon as I used the plates from my parts tranny it worked flawless. Kinda weird but who knows.

I wanted to note that I used a 7 cell and that thing was ballooning tires

Re: My new ride

Yeah I think so. I’ll look into the spacing fix. I also have some rear tires that say Jammin on them. I know the name but are they rare? There in really good condition.
