Sounds like a gun going off... :shock: ...followed by the unmistakable sound of lexan on blacktop :lol: Looked straight as an arrow though! It apparently rolled during shut down 5 or 6 times, 🤷‍♂️...broke a front body post, took most of the front bumper off, and broke an engine stabilizer rod end, ...

That was a test run today with a 19lb engine, making sure it drove OK after it fell from the sky last run on the 44lb'er...unfortunately ride height was too low in the front and chassis caught the asphalt...no real damage...I have put on stiffer front springs and taller tires and am going for anothe...

It did end kind of bad...David lightly rolled it as he pushed it to 45mph...it bent all the "A" leaf springs and took out the steel spur gear wish is horrific to change cause it's all custom stuff

Here's a pic of after it landed... Resized_20231018_070001.jpeg An internal investigation🔎 was launched after the crash....and the reason was discovered: The left/right and up/down stabilizer rods both broke half way thru the run....this is what centers and and angles the engine and keeps it stable....
