Yes, I remember the first one. One of my all-time favorite builds. I would use a slightly older Tekin such as a 410K or 411-G2 and a FM receiver.

My 2 pennies...... Ditch the servo. It's far too old to be in it...... for a period correct guy such as myself. I don't know the specs on them, but i always thought they were made more for pan cars anyway. You should ditch the ESC too. There's a whole lot of expensive aftermarket stuff on that truc...

Thanks for the updates. It's really looking sharp. Would the A&L bellcrank give you the necessary clearance since it nixes the top ballcup linkage and uses a lower rack?

I'd never seen one of their binder manuals before. Did anyone that was ever competitive with an RC10 actually use Hot Trick parts?

"Needs an idler" :lol: It was my understanding that the 'B' in AB refers to the darker gold tub that is drilled for the stealth trans. Most of the time when you see tubs for sale they don't mention the stamp. IMO while they may be considered rare they aren't going to be highly sought after.

I do not have a 40mhz, but that is not an issue. This truck will not be driven. She it too pretty. I misunderst...
