I am pretty sure it's a Tekin mfg'ed esc. Sort of like Novak did for Duratrax with that blue T-4.

RPM ballcups are still out there. You can get the other stuff from Facebook groups such as RC10 Vintage Chop Shop, RC10 Vintage Treasure Chest, etc.

Personally I would use vintage black ano AE or MIP shocks. If you were doing a full on modern build those threaded shocks would be ideal.

Re: Best bell cranks

Speaking of CC, it looks like Stormer has some in stock. https://shop.stormerhobbies.com/product-p/cc19150.htm

RPM has two different bellcrank versions available if you can find them.

Re: Best bell cranks

BITD I recall LOSI/RPS, MIP, and Houge being the commonly used bellcranks. The LOSI/RPS one kept the ball studs high, whereas the other 2 were lower. https://i.ebayimg.com/images/g/WIEAAOSw9g1cUW6r/s-l1600.jpg https://www.rc10talk.com/download/file.php?id=127671&mode=view https://thumbs.worthpoi...

Hey Mike is that B&R the 21S that was on eBay last month? If so I'm glad you snagged it. Your LXT build is looking sharp.

Re: The Giant RPM part number thread

Thanks for composing this list. :D

I believe #7335 should be 7338 since I have a nip set of them.

#8009 "World's" Spring & Ball Cups (2 ea.)
#8029 "World's" Soft Front Springs <-- yes they are yellow

Re: Motor Collection - Old School Horsepower

I expressed an interest in this Reedy Gold Star when chatting to an RC guy over in Australia on an RC Fb page, and he said i could have it for free!! It arrived recently, and i am totally WOW'd by the condition of it - probably one of the very best i have ever seen i think. My elementary school tea...

Joe is right, but you can also strip the gold ones and have them anodized black.

Looking good. Was this the build that needed the rear universals?

Is the A&L steering yellow or the vintage neon yellow?

Consider removing those late model 8/32 green ano screws and use black or stainless.
