Re: Kyosho Ultima / Sideways Project
Made some progress with the Ultima. Pretty happy with it so far. I'm really glad I decided not to get rid of all the red anodizing (Thanks Lonestar). Wasn't what I had in mind at the start, but is shaping up to be something kinda cool. I still need to figure out a front bumper--I may try the smaller...

Re: Basher67's Fresh Painted 10T Body
Thanks. I'm wanting to paint another one for my other T, but I'm searching for a different body. Proline had a nissan hardbody and I believe Dahm's had a cool one. Just a matter of finding one. Even TBG seems limited on their 10T bodies. My other T has a gen 2 chevy s-10 body thats pretty nice but I...

Re: Today's New Paint Job
I realized afterwards that if I had used black instead of blue, it would have been the colors of the German flag. Which might not be bad on a Porsche.

Today's New Paint Job
This is my Bolink Invader with a Bolink Porsche body. Just finished throwing some decals on it after a few coats of paint. Not sure about my choice of colors but I'm pretty happy overall with the results. I've been toying with outlining the body details with a fine point sharpie. Not sure if I like ...

Re: Basher67's Fresh Painted 10T Body
I feel your pain---believe me. I had a nitro Revo for a while and it seemed like I was tearing the bodies apart on that truck every other month. It got to the point wear I was just spaying the body in one shot with no masking and putting those traxxas black window stickers on it. With my vintage car...

Re: Basher67's Fresh Painted 10T Body
The thing that held me back for so long was not wanting to mess up a $30 body experimenting with new techniques. I picked up the idea of using old 2 liter soda bottles for practice. After that, I could try all kinds of things without fear of wasting too much money. Alot of ugly soda bottles went in ...

Re: help with servos for my RC12E
The s28's are a tall servo.Taller than a "Standard modern servo size" such as a futaba s148. I believe the airtronics 94102 servos will be a much better fit. That's what I have for my 12E but mine has been modified so I can't say for certain.
