Update: New old stock parts arrived today. 870c front upright, custom YZ10 rear upright, Hotdog4 rear driveshafts and vertex' and also the temporary use of the shocks and track rods from my Cougar just to keep everything together. http://i144.photobucket.com/albums/r161/primesera/RC%20stuff/09CA25C7...

New stuff on the way but what has arrived is a set of Works legs which I have put on. I'm really thinking that a full chassis and top deck is going to have to happen but that can wait for now. I did use a rear bulkhead for the front to cancel out the angle which also lets the front legs dangle prope...

Can anyone tell me if the 870c or US YZ10 shell and undertray will fit with the wheelbase I will be running?

Seems like mixed opinions about this project.. To be honest I am the same but since having my YR4 fetish for the past 5 years they seemed too close to the dogfighter in design to to consider it.

I think 12 months down the line and an empty bank balance might change my mind though

Always loved the RC10 however they passed me by with my obsession with 2WD Schumachers instead

I have four YR4's of some sort and think they are awesome. Like already mentioned they don't seem to bring mega bucks but if, like me, you enjoy it then all good.

The M2 i have is a parts car which is a shame but it came with some awesome carbon bits on it like the saddle trays etc
