Bingo i think you hit the nail on the head, i am going to try a light coating of the tamiya copper and back it with black and hope it works lol

My TBG body arrived today and was wondering if anyone is any closer to working out the exact color off the rear off the body, to Me it looks like a dark purple but i am color blind lol.

Thanks for the info on the body but from the picture below it looks to be the body that was included in the kit, yes this is the one that sold on ebay and after a lot off back and forth and several emails (so hard to communicate with some one who doesn't speak english) i ended up paying $450 posted ...

Does anyone no what body that is and does some one to a repo off it.

ah you took the plunge on that one. since you will be using the delta parts the only stuff to worry about is the plastics. the gear case and the rear arms are kind of hard to find since they took beatings. the gear case is usually broken on the bottom motor mount bolt. the rear arms can be damaged ...

You have hot laps wheels there. They are not so common.

They are out off stock, i sent him an email asking when they might be back in stock but no response

Mine is held together with a cable tie lol
