Andy has been painting up JRX2 bodies and I was lucky enough score a couple. I trimmed this one up to fit the flea market chassis. It was tricky to cut a painted body. You stumbled onto an excellent find. In the end you’ll regret running either of them. There is plenty of used chassis out there for fairly cheap you could run. If they were mine I’d rebuild them using the techniques discussed in the forums

I concur with the previous posters on using acetone. A trick I found is to use small strips of cloth moistened with acetone. Changing out the carpet is a huge undertaking. Some of the aftermarket carpet kits don’t fit all that well.
